Chemist Warehouse needed a full feature Rebate and Deal management system with ‘agreement management’ functionality, so they could manage all rebate and deals directly with suppliers.

With high transaction volumes and various deal types, scalable and secure technology that could easily integrate with Microsoft Dynamics was vital to Chemist Warehouse. They also needed a single system to manage all agreements, grant access to selected users and provide full reporting transparency. This needed to be down to product, day and claimant level.
